• Development of language learning programmes for a variety of audiences (children, adults, businesses), incorporating EdTech tools and approaches tailored to neurodivergent learners in order to maximise engagement and retention;
• Creation and use of interactive teaching resources (mind mapping, flashcards, infographics, videos, gamification, multisensory materials, etc.) to promote the adoption of technology and educational accessibility via digital and videoconferencing platforms;
• Design of online, hybrid and customised human-centered training modules in digital literacy and competency, academic writing and research communication, Multilingual AI, adapted for various learner age groups, focused on learner autonomy and the development of critical thinking skills;
• Research dissemination through conference participation and article writing on cognitive linguistics, language acquisition, translation and interpreting AI technologies, neurodiversity and inclusion, and teaching and learning in the age of AI;
• Proactive identification of digital skills gaps in complex environments (businesses and universities) to develop training programmes adapted to changes in the job market;
• Deployment of an innovative translation ecosystem (CAT, AI, post-editing) ensuring the conceptual integrity and semantic quality of content;
• Proficiency in the business administrative and financial cycle, including strategic planning, contract management and process optimisation.

• Management of a team of in-house translators and networks of external service providers;
• Optimisation of project schedules to ensure compliance with critical deadlines and institutional requirements;
• Implementation and optimisation of production pipelines incorporating CAT tools;
• Development and maintenance of terminology databases and structured glossaries;
• Expertise in terminology standardisation and semantic verification to prevent translation errors in safety-critical contexts (aviation, defence, legal);
• Implementation of rigorous revision and quality control protocols in accordance with international standards (ISO 9001, 17100, 18587 and NATO AQAP 2131);
• Mentoring and ongoing training of the team in new working methodologies;
• Secure management of confidential documents.

• Developing and delivering language training courses to prepare students for international language qualifications (Cambridge, BEC, IELTS, DELF/DALF), incorporating blended learning methodologies and fostering learner autonomy;
• Designing and facilitating presentations and workshops on preparation for language exams and language learning strategies for English and French certifications (IELTS, DELF-DALF, ECL), as well as on various topics related to language acquisition;
• Administration and standardised marking of ECL exams (RO-FR-EN), ensuring pedagogical consistency and the validity of results;
• Design of assessment frameworks for operational communication in technical contexts in English (ECL Aviation B1-B2 exams), focusing on terminological accuracy;
• Expert translation and interpreting services in English and French for industry leaders and judicial bodies, ensuring conceptual integrity in highly technical environments and regulated sectors (e.g. aviation, defence, justice).
